1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the i3malaysia platform — including the website, mobile app, and all services provided — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the i3malaysia platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on i3malaysia. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. i3malaysia reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. Accounts found to contain false or misleading information may be closed immediately.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action. You must notify i3malaysia immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. i3malaysia is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
I3malaysia users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Using automated software, bots, or any other technical means to access or manipulate the platform without written authorisation.
- Taking any action that compromises the security, performance, or integrity of i3malaysia's systems.
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Using funds derived from illegal activities to make any transaction on this platform.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others through any communication channel on the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in legal action, account closure, and the freezing of associated funds.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the i3malaysia platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). i3malaysia supports a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, Boost, FPX, and local bank transfers. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate and valid.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe stipulated for the payment method used. Any delays caused by the bank or a third-party payment processor are beyond i3malaysia's control.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the verification process established by i3malaysia. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account that has been verified and registered under the same name as the platform account. i3malaysia reserves the right to hold or delay any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms pending the outcome of an investigation.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms of the relevant promotion. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until all stipulated conditions have been met.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
I3malaysia is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical failure, network disruption, or unauthorised access not caused by i3malaysia's negligence. This platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability or freedom from errors.
Account Suspension and Closure
I3malaysia reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation may not be entitled to recover any bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements. Valid deposit funds will be returned once the investigation is concluded and no material breach is confirmed.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and materials found on the i3malaysia platform are the exclusive property of i3malaysia or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of these materials may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The i3malaysia platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. i3malaysia is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. You access any third-party links at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
I3malaysia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the i3malaysia platform shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
